With 13 years of hands-on experience in vacation rental operations, property management, revenue strategy, and guest experience, I created Vesta Property Group to offer homeowners something I felt was missing in the industry: truly personal property management backed by serious operational expertise.

I’ve managed the details from every angle: pricing and revenue strategy, owner relationships, property care and inspections, marketing, direct bookings, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a vacation rental performing at its best. I believe owners deserve to know exactly who is caring for their investment, and they should never feel like just another property in a portfolio.

As a North Carolina real estate broker since 2018 and local property management professional, I bring both experience and a genuine connection to the Wilmington area to every home I manage.
