  • No, all properties are smoke free and evidence of smoking inside the unit or on the decks is subject to fines or eviction.

    • Depending on the home:
      60+ days or 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund

    • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days: No refund

  • You must be 25+ to reserve a vacation rental in North Carolina and sign the Vacation Rental Agreement.

  • No, each of our properties have their own door codes which you will receive prior to check in. No need to come to an office!

  • During the busy summer season, no. During the off season, possibly, just call or email us to ask.

  • No, sorry we do not allow large events that exceed the number of guests or cars allowed at the property.
